Please read the following terms and conditions relating to all courses and services provided by PTE EXPERTS. By using our website and purchasing a PTE Course and other materials with us, you are deemed to have agreed to the Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which is herein incorporated by reference.
- I understand that enrolment in PTE EXPERTS courses does not guarantee me the score that I require.
- I understand that it has been recommended that I should have already had a minimum level of an IELTS Band 5.0 (TOEFL PBT 520, CBT 190, iBT 68) or equivalent, before commencement of PTE and IELTS Courses in order to receive the maximum benefit from the courses. I understand that if, in fact, I am not at this prescribed minimum English language level, the courses may not assist me in achieving my required PTE or IELTS test score.
- have read and understood the refund policy and agree to abide by this policy.
- have read and understood the technical specifications required for successful utilisation of practice resources online that I will use. These specifications can be accessed here.
- understand that if I fail to attend the classes as registered, I will have to comply with the updated policies and prices effective and changed anytime.
- understand that if I have applied through an education agent or representative, a commission for my enrolment may be paid to this representative by PTE EXPERTS.
- comply with the refund policy and understand that I signed the declaration after reading that carefully.
